Avalon

Avalon is a prestigious residential development which is located in the Franklin/Cool Springs TN area off I-65, along McEwen Road from Wilson Pike to Cool Springs Blvd.  The development was established in 2005 and has since grown into one of the most desirable locations in all of middle Tennessee.

The 446 residences in Avalon’s master development are divided into 5 different sections: The Village, The Hamlet, The Meade, The Vale, and The Tors.  Together, these sections include town homes and single family houses and they can range in price from $325,000 to upwards of $7 million.

The Meade contains 257 town homes and single family dwellings running from $325,000 to $550,000.  The Vale holds 51 homes priced from $800,000 to $2 million. And finally The Tors, which is the most exclusive of the five sections, boasts 55 custom castle-like homes perched hillside on lots ranging in size from 5 to 15 acres.

There are 3 entrances into Avalon; each offering its own unique beauty.  Each section inside Avalon is gated, however only The Tors has a guard-gated entry.  There are monuments, stone walls and bridges. The overall atmosphere is one of medieval times which is highlighted by the turrets that appear throughout the neighborhood.  Even the streets have names like Road to the Round Table, King Arthurs Circle, and Hamlets End Way.

The Avalon Subdivision offers its residents miles of walking trails, meditation parks and green areas, and over 300 acres of land was left untouched in its natural state of beauty.  As people and animals coexist in this peaceful and tranquil environment, it is not uncommon to spot wild turkeys or deer moving about in this natural, park-like environment.
