Maplewood Subdivision is a quiet, picturesque neighborhood with tree-lined streets located off of Highway 96.  Tucked away, there is only one way in and one way out of this community which features traditional wood and brick single family homes built throughout the 70s, 80s, and 90s.   With over 300 houses in the area there are more than 1,000 people who are proud to call Maplewood their home.

With prices averaging from $200,000 to $300,000 this area is very reasonably priced which has made it one of the most popular places to live in Franklin TN.   Homes in this subdivision don’t stay on the market very long.  People who move into the Maplewood Subdivision like it so much that they tend to stay there forever.

Maplewood is a fantastic place for families with school aged children because of the first class education they receive in the Williamson County Schools.

There is a homeowner’s association for this community and the people here think of themselves as a family.  Neighbors offer dog-sitting and babysitting services for one another, and they have even developed their own private Facebook page which allows the nearly 200 group members to stay connected.

With such close proximity to Cool Springs, Maplewood residents enjoy the conveniences of shopping malls and endless dining choices.  Plus they are only minutes away from historical downtown Franklin which participates in various events throughout the year.
