What if after having my home on the market for awhile I decide not to sell for some reason? I’ve heard that some companies charge you if you withdraw your listing from them.
We understand your concerns on that topic. Sometimes life and needs change. We also know from years of experience that not all relationships are a good match. We want you to know that we have an “easy out” listing agreement that enables you or us to withdraw with a 48 hour notice with no charge to you. If we have not yet entered into a sales agreement with a purchaser you are free to withdraw the listing at any time. All we ask is for a couple of days to get the paperwork drawn up and signed and the sign and lock-box removed.
